A FOREIGN exchange student is asking a question in Korean, but the professor does not understand. She asks in English again, but the professor does not make himself understood, either. In the end, this poor exchange student cannot help but sit like a dummy during all class.

Most of the classes in Div. of International Education are being evaluated poorly from both foreign and Korean students. The contents of the classes are boring and some professors cannot even speak English well. Most students are avoiding the classes because of their monotony. Some take the course continuously only to get a credit easily due to absolute evaluation.

"How is the Div. of International Education class?" In response to that question, students who took the course might answer like this: "Oh, it's a perfect class! Absolute Evaluation, Absolute Contents and Absolute English!
