The things we did when we were little kids

WELCOME TO our amnesia treatment center! We’re here to help you to find your lost memories. Let’s suggest that somebody asked you this question; what do you do in your free time? If you think back of the childhood when we were in elementary school, it was quite different. Do you have difficulties in remembering your childhood? Here are some treatments that might help you.

Treatment no.1: Refreshing memories by taste
It is a proven fact that taste is one of the most affective treatments for amnesia. Let us try this out on you. After school, we always went to the *Munbanggu* in front of our schools. In *Munbanggu* they sold lots of junk food which ordinary supermarkets didn’t sell. They were just an unbearable temptation for kids. There was a junk food called “Apollo,” which is short straw having some sweets in it. There were various colors of “Apollo,” and the ways to eat them were diverse. The ordinary way was to suck it after putting it in your mouth. Squeezing the tube one by one is another way to make the contents come out. There were some kids who had funny ways of eating “Apolo.” One of our friends squeezed all the contents out into a cup which looked like some noodles and drank them all.

Treatment no.2: Refreshing memories by sight and touch
Now, did the first treatment work on you? The next treatment involves sight and touch. Let us remind you of some stuff we collected. The word “Collectors,” sounds professional, but we were all “little” collectors when we were young. We collected all kinds of stuff which may seem useless today. Diaries were the core of all these collections because we gathered stickers and diary stationery in them. Sometimes these diaries can be a way to make friends. Friends exchanged stationery with some notes written on them. These notes read like this: “Dear the prettiest, cutest, smartest princes. Thank me for being your friend. May our friendship will go on forever.” Reading these things now as a grown up, we might find it humorous.

Treatment no. 3: Refreshing memories by action
All right, now the final treatment involves action. After this last bit of magic you might remember everything! People say that the world is full of competition and trade-offs. These competitions and trades existed even when we were young. We continuously invented various games including eraser fighting, *Kongkinori*, string game, marbles and on. The winner gets the small prizes like a marble, eraser or the stickers and gets priority in exchanging the collections other kids had. The competitions we had while playing games and the dealing we had while exchanging our little goods weren’t as strict as those of adult’s. Nevertheless, we were serious.
Is your amnesia healed? Then, what are you waiting for? Pick up your phone and contact your old friends! Talking about the old days with your friends will reinvigorate your mind and help you remember your memories. Enjoy the pleasure as well as the process.
