AUSTRALIA'S PRIME Minister Kevin Rudd attended an e-lecture given by Ian Chubb (Vice Chancellor, Autralian National Univ. (ANU)) in Chang Ki-won International Conference Hall at Yonsei-Samsung Library on Aug. 11. "The Prime Minister is here to celebrate the launch of the Korean Institute at ANU and to encourage the future partnership between the two universities," said a student ambassador of Yonsei Univ., Kim Sa-ran (Fresh., Underwood International College). This e-lecture was the first conference to promote future partnership between ANU and Yonsei Univ. "Both countries will benefit from becoming true friends," said the Prime Minister.
