A MOTORCYCLE crash in Yonsei Univ. is higher than ever and finally the Office of General Affairs of Yonsei Univ. suggested new regulations, which were effective since Oct. 1.

The new regulations are:

1. A student has to wear a safety helmet,

2. A student needs a license issued by the Office of General Affairs to enter Yonsei Univ.

3. A student must park his motorcycle in a motorcycle parking lot.

If not, a shackle will be locked on the motorcycle. Oh Soo-won (Fresh., Dept. of Electrical & Electronic Engin.) said, "The new policies seem agreeable, but many students will be upset if the school does not expand the motorcycle parking lot as they promised.”
