REUTERS JOURNALIST (Tokyo Bureau), Yoko Kubota gave an insight into the life of a journalist on Nov. 8 at the New Millennium Hall. Students who were interested in pursuing a career in journalism were invited to gain or broaden their knowledge of the life of a journalist. "Writing is a part of my life that I cannot live without. I feel blessed that I can pursue a career which I love. To me being a journalist is more than a job, it is a method in which I can face myself and get to know the world. Through it, I can also present new perspectives to people. Make writing something you do everyday. Enjoy your work and make your work into play," said Yoko Kubota.
