7:40 a.m.
MY HEART pounded as I took the first steps of my long awaited journey. Time out from my hectic city life was just what I needed. I took a nap as I headed towards Incheon Port.

9:00 a.m.
   I set sail away from the dark city skies, off to find my own little paradise.

9:15 a.m.
   The sun shined down on my little getaway.

10:50 a.m.
   After arriving on Ijak Island. I headed up towards Mt. Buah. The road was well-paved, so it was easy to walk up to the mountain.

11:30 a.m.
   At the summit, the true beauty of Ijak Island revealed itself. Blending together, the mountain and the sea provided a nice contrast to city buildings.

1:30 p.m.
   I headed off to one of the beaches I saw from up on the summit. To my amazement, the beach was made up of both sand and mud. In the mud flats, crabs and clams could be caught for a nice meal.

3:50 p.m.
   Leaving the port, I got a final glimpse of my little haven. The only regret I had was that I did not realize sooner that there was such a wonderful place so clse by. If we look hard enough, scenic destinations are only a footstep away. So head out now in search of your own little paradise!
