Yonsei Public Governance and Law Roundtable 2010 -Aug. 16

   Yonsei Public Governance and Law (YPGL) Roundtable 2010 was held on Aug. 16 in the International Seminar Room of Gwangbok Hall Annex. Thomas Pogge (Leitner Professor of Philosophy & International Affairs, Yale Univ.) was the presenter of the conference and panels from various universities and organizations participated in the meeting. In the conference, the philosophical background and practical implications of the Health Impact Fund (HIF) was discussed. Professor Pogge suggested the fund as a solution to problems concerning insufficient pharmaceutical supply in developing countries, while panels questioned on HIF during his presentation.
