Staying active even indoors
DUE TO the extended pandemic lockdown, many stopped going to the gym and find it difficult to stay active. As tempting as it may be to lie around, staying active is paramount in maintaining physical and mental health. A great way to stay active indoors is yoga, which improves general fitness, blood circulation, and even elevates mood levels. Yoga can be done with a yoga mat, some space in your living room, and an instructional YouTube video on your phone: the simplicity of yoga is what makes it so appealing and popular. The peace and seclusion that isolation provides only enhances the experience of keeping your mind and body healthy.
