CARLESS JAMSU Bridge, a bridge that connects Yongsan-gu and Seocho-gu across the Han River, recently transformed into a place of festivity, with various food trucks, entertainment vendors, and interactive zones filling the area[1]. Taking place at the Jamsu Bridge every Sunday from 10:00-23:00, Jamsu Bridge Walking Festival began on Aug. 28, 2022 and will last until the end of October. Visitors can find 70 eco-friendly vendors selling unique, upcycled products along the 795 m-long bridge. Additionally, activities such as Han River Plogging, in which participants jog while picking up the litter, are prepared as well, aiming to emphasize the importance of leading an environmentally conscious lifestyle[2].

Parts of the bridge have also been redesigned to include a photo zone, a picnic area, an outdoor movie theater, and so on, providing various options through which visitors can entertain themselves. Moreover, from 16:00-21:00, events such as bubble shows, magic shows, and traditional Korean music performances will take place at the Dalbit Plaza situated near the east end of the bridge[2]. Those who want to grab a bite while enjoying the performances can find delicious meals and snacks in 14 different food trucks parked along the bridge as well as the plaza. If you are looking for an exciting way to spend your weekend in the company of your friends and family, be sure to check out the Jamsu Bridge Walking Festival.
